Speaking and consulting services — available by inquiry and governed by a separate agreement.

Digital Products and Delivery

Upon successful purchase, digital products including DISC assessment codes are delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout. Please make sure your email address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Delivery is typically immediate or within a few minutes. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please contact us at info@theleadershipchef.com and we will make it right.

Refunds

All sales of digital products are final. Please review our full Refund Policy at theleadershipchef.com/refund-policy before completing any purchase.

DISC Assessment Codes — Important Notice

DISC assessment codes sold through The Leadership Chef are single-use codes that provide access to a third-party assessment platform. Once a code is redeemed, it cannot be reissued or refunded. The assessment itself is administered by a third-party provider and their terms of use apply once you access the assessment.

The Leadership Chef is an authorized Maxwell Leadership certified member and facilitator. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Maxwell Leadership beyond our certification.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including written content, graphics, branding, newsletter material, course content, and assessments — is the property of Justin Kennon / The Leadership Chef unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
