The Leadership Chef (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offers leadership coaching, training, and education for hospitality professionals. Everything we share on this website (the “Site”), in our programs, emails, live sessions, downloads, assessments, and social media is for education and information.

2. COACHING IS NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Justin Kennon is a certified leadership coach. He is not a lawyer, accountant, financial advisor, physician, or licensed mental health provider, and nothing we share takes the place of advice from one. For legal, human resources, financial, medical, or mental health questions, please talk with a qualified professional who knows your situation.

Every leader, team, and operation is different. Any results, numbers, examples, or stories we share, including those from clients and from Justin’s own career, describe what happened for those people. The Leadership Checkup and the Maxwell DISC report are tools for self awareness, growth, and better conversations. They are not psychological, clinical, or medical evaluations, and they should not be the only basis for hiring, promotion, discipline, or other employment decisions.

6. AFFILIATIONS AND BRAND NAMES

Justin is a certified member of Maxwell Leadership and a licensed facilitator of programs developed by others. The Leadership Chef is an independent business. It is not owned or operated by Maxwell Leadership or by any program creator whose material we are licensed to teach, and it does not speak for them. Company names on this Site describe where Justin has worked during his career and do not mean those companies endorse The Leadership Chef.
