ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

The Leadership Chef wants every hospitality leader to be able to use this website, whatever tools they use to get around the web. We built and tested theleadershipchef.com and go.theleadershipchef.com against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

What we have done

• Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a Skip to Content link.

• Headings follow a logical order, images carry descriptions, and every form field has a label.

• Text and buttons meet AA color contrast, and pages reflow at 400% zoom with no sideways scrolling.

• Nothing moves, flashes, or plays on its own.

Where we are still working

• Captions for the RESET course videos and the study replays are being added.

• A few pieces come from our vendors (the checkout, the booking calendar, and some funnel pages). We are working with them on the gaps we found.
