Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from The Leadership Chef. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products and services. Please review our Refund Policy carefully.

1. Digital Products, Courses, and Licenses

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request store credit or a refund based on the following guidelines:

  • Full Refund: If your request is received within 3 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund.

  • Store Credit (100%): If your request is received within 14 days of purchase, you will receive store credit for 100% of the purchase price to use toward any digital product on our site.

  • Store Credit (25%): If your request is received between 15-30 days of purchase, you will receive 25% store credit.

  • No Refunds or Credit After 30 Days: Requests received after 30 days are not eligible for refunds or store credit.

Due to immediate access to digital products and the protection of intellectual property, refunds are not issued beyond these terms.

Multiple Payments for the Same Course:
If you accidentally purchased the same course multiple times, a refund will be issued upon request, minus a 3% transaction fee charged by the payment processor.

2. Physical Products

A. Refunds & Returns

  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • If the request is received after 30 days, no refund or credit will be issued.

To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags, and in original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, email us at [Insert Contact Email]. If approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days (depending on your bank or credit card provider).

  • If your return is not approved, the original merchandise will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for shipping costs.

B. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Personalized or custom-made items
Personal care or beauty products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards & sale items

All sales of these items are final.
