Thank you for your purchase from The Leadership Chef. Please read this policy carefully before completing any transaction. By purchasing any product or service through theleadershipchef.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Digital Products — DISC Assessment Codes

All sales of digital products, including Maxwell DISC assessment codes, are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

Because DISC assessment codes provide immediate access to a unique, personalized digital experience and generate a customized report, the value is delivered the moment the code is issued. Once a code has been sent to the email address provided at checkout, no refund can be issued — regardless of whether the code has been redeemed.

The code itself does not expire. If you choose to gift or transfer it to someone else, you are free to do so. Please note: once a code is redeemed, it will generate only one report and cannot be reused.

Courses, Programs, and Digital Downloads

All sales of online courses, downloadable guides, templates, and other digital resources are final. Because these products are delivered electronically and provide immediate access upon purchase, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

Results from any leadership development content will vary based on your individual participation and commitment. The Leadership Chef does not guarantee specific outcomes.

Speaking and Consulting Services

Speaking engagements and consulting services are governed by a separate agreement at the time of booking. Cancellation and refund terms for these services will be outlined in that agreement. If you have questions before booking, please reach out directly.

Delivery Issues and Technical Problems

If you do not receive your DISC assessment code or digital product within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at info@theleadershipchef.com. We will verify your order and ensure delivery to the correct email address. Technical delivery failures on our end will always be made right.

Please double-check your email address before completing checkout, as we are unable to redirect codes sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 48 hours of the duplicate transaction. Duplicate order refunds are reviewed and approved at our sole discretion, and may be subject to any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment processor.

Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, you agree to this refund policy and acknowledge that initiating a chargeback for a product that was successfully delivered is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to document and dispute any chargeback that contradicts this policy.
